Monday's have a segment called 3 from 1.A singer is highlighted and three songs all from different albums are played.The name game gives you an opportunity o win fantastic prizes as you try and guess celebrity first names... It's played every Monday and Friday.

A day in the life of every Tuesday showcases a day in the life of a person in a particular profession, how they spend their working day and it also gives listeners a chance to throw your tantrums... Tantrum Tuesday, you should really hear the tantrums... Lol
